This is why "The Goldmine" is called just that. I knew that sooner or later it would give up more than just gold coloured coins. The ring is 18ct, weighs in at 8 grams and was only about 2" deep. It registered 51 both ways on the F4. Boy oh boy, am I doing the happy dance right now! As it is engraved inside with a first name and a date I will, of course try to locate the owner. Made my day! Got some spending and pre decimals too boot............What more could you ask for a 1 1/2 hr hunt.
Congrats on the ring Guy.
ReplyDelete8g is a good size.
Bet the owners claimed insurance by now.
Awesome find! :)
ReplyDeleteWEll done on the ring, and yes, Fisher will sound 51 for 18 Rings, all 3 rings that i tested (18k) were at 51 52
ReplyDeleteThat is the foil/alluminum range.... so the chance of digging those rings is really low. as most of the time those signals are ignored due to high pollution of parks :-(
Excellent stuff Guy,man o man you deserve it, that possie of yours is a real cracker for sure.
ReplyDeleteSuper nice ring!
