I started detecting in September 2010 using a second hand Bounty Hunter Quick Draw 2. I found lots of coins and junk jewellery but soon realised I needed to upgrade to something better. I now use a Fisher F4, bought in November 2010.
Found this today at one of the local schools, this makes 2 antique padlocks in the last couple of weeks.
Also managed $14 in goldies before we were rained off.

That is a mean looking lock. I have been getting a few more modern ones lately and keeping for scrap brass.
